Alison (she/her/hers) is a Psychotherapist and Licensed/Board Certified Psychotherapist. Her background includes working on a clinical interdisciplinary team at a major hospital directing individual and groups focusing on trauma based psychotherapy. Her broad clinical experience gives her a sensitive understanding of the complex needs for individuals, children, teens and families living in a challenging urban environment. She combines, psychotherapeutic interventions with meditation and art therapy to achieve stress reduction, self-awareness, and self-expression.
