My Approach
Children & Teens
Sometimes, children and teens face difficulties that go beyond the support a family or school can provide. This is where Child and Teen Therapy can help.
I offer a safe, structured and creative environment for children and teens that is inviting and skills-based. I use developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions that address the mental, behavioral, and emotional challenges and collaborate with family members.
My mission is to provide grounded, and compassionate psychotherapy rooted in trauma-informed practice. Through relational, creative, and skills-based approaches, I help children and adults heal from early trauma, manage anxiety, and build emotional resilience.
Adults & Couples
Many of the adults and couples that I work with are high-functioning and capable. They show up for others. They meet expectations. But inside, they may feel exhausted, unsure of themselves, or stuck in patterns that began long ago.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you feel more at home in yourself. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe. You’ll gain practical tools while gently exploring the roots of patterns that no longer serve you.
